The Southwest is a unique region in terms of wines and gastronomy and we help our guests discover the best local specialties during their stay.
We can organize for you gastronomic excursions to discover foie gras producers and winemakers
who have been our partners for years, but also to meet our cousins from Lannepax, famous producers of Armagnac Delord.
We offer an interesting selection of wines in our cellar, which varies according to the years, the aging process of vintages and recent acquisitions. We can organize professional tastings of our wines with the help of a sommelier from the region or simply suggest some choices for a 100% cheese dinner.
Since 2022 we also organize Culinary Workshops with our Chef Romuald Guinet, around the dishes offered in our seasonal menu (8 people maximum). The culinary workshop is a fun and relaxed moment during which you will discover simple and easy recipes and the Chef's tips. A starter, main course and dessert, along with their technical details, will be prepared in our brand new catering kitchen.
